Refund
1. Scope
This No Refund Policy applies to all bookings, purchases, reservations, or payments made via Star Balloon website. By completing a booking or purchase, the customer agrees to this policy.
2. No Refunds
All payments made are non-refundable. Once a reservation or purchase is confirmed, the customer is not entitled to a refund under any circumstance.
3. Exceptions (if any)
If you choose to offer exceptions, you can specify here. For example:
- Refund may be considered if Star Balloon cancels the flight with no alternative offered.
- Refunds are possible if required by law (e.g. consumer protection laws).
4. Rescheduling / Credits
If flights are delayed or cancelled due to weather, safety, or regulatory reasons, Star Balloon may offer to reschedule or issue credit towards another flight. This is not a refund. Details of such rescheduling will be provided case-by-case.
5. Force Majeure
Star Balloon is not liable for refunds in events beyond our control: acts of God, extreme weather, governmental restrictions, pandemics, etc.
6. Cancellation by Customer
If the customer decides to cancel their booking:
- No refund will be provided.
- Any payments made are forfeited.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled under the legal jurisdiction of [Egypt / Luxor region ].
8. Modifications to Policy
Star Balloon reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Modifications apply to purchases made after the change; existing bookings will follow the version in force at time of purchase.
